KULTUR VERTEIDIGEN
In 1935, the International Congress of Writers for the Defence of Culture was held in Paris, at which the most famous writers of the time tried to form an anti-fascist alliance against violence, war and exploitation. A re-enactment of central speeches recalls the historical context in which the rise of fascist parties and movements, and the brutalisation of public discourse, took place.
